We sell products to individuals of legal age as well as communities and municipalities. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Customer data is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise.

ORDERING

Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. When ordering, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the terms of delivery. Please follow up on your email after ordering. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us.

If your order has not yet been processed and you forgot something, you can place another order and choose pickup as the delivery method. We will combine your order with the previous one and you will not pay extra shipping costs. You should mention this wish in the order's additional information.

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS

The default payment service is Stripe, through which it is possible to pay for orders by bank and credit card, Paypal and bank transfer. You can also pay in cash on the spot.

When you pay by bank transfer, you can speed up the processing of your order by sending us a screenshot copy of the bank transfer receipt. Depending on the bank, it may take several days for the money to arrive in our account. Without a copy of the receipt, we can only start processing your order after the bank transfer is completed.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which shows your order information. Check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately. Please save your order confirmation so that your order number is available for inquiries and you can check that the contents of the delivered package correspond to your order confirmation.

DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

We deliver orders all over the world. The delivery methods are mailing, pickup from our office or pickup from our partner, and delivery directly to your home for orders over €30 in Helsinki. Our office is located at Höyläämötie 11 B, 2nd floor, 00380 Helsinki.

Orders to be mailed are delivered in packages to ensure the traceability and reliability of the shipment. Postage costs start at three euros to the home country and vary to Europe. The customer can choose a delivery point for his order and can also see the size of the shipping costs. The subscriber always pays the shipping costs. No shipping costs are charged for orders over €100. Pickup is free.

Orders picked up from our office and our partner are handed over only to the customer or to a person authorized by the customer with a power of attorney. Identity is verified with an identity card. You will receive a notification by e-mail when the order is available for pickup. Please wait for the announcement!

Shipments delivered outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties. These payments are the responsibility of the subscriber and are made to the authorities of the destination country.

DELIVERY TIME

We aim to process orders within 2-4 business days. The vast majority of deliveries leave for transport already on the day of the order or on the following business day. We will notify you of possible delays as soon as possible after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. We inform you about unusual delivery times on our website.

REPETITION OF COLORS IN PICTURES

Since different devices reproduce colors in different ways, it is good to treat the product images in the online store as indicative. We recommend calibrating the screens to determine the most accurate nature of the colors before ordering. Color differences may occur between different batches of the same product. Such differences do not constitute a product defect. However, a situation where a completely wrong product image is inadvertently connected to the product in the online store is considered incorrect. To confirm the colors in advance, we recommend a visit to our office!

RETURN CONDITIONS

Right of withdrawal

Our products delivered to the consumer by post have a statutory right of return of 14 days. The product to be returned must be unused, unaltered and in its unopened packaging, it must be fully salable. Cut-to-measure products (fabrics, batting, etc.) and promotional products do not have the right of return. Course registration is binding and cannot be cancelled. However, the course place can be transferred to another person. Products covered by the right of cancellation can also be returned to our office.

In order to use the right of cancellation, the decision to cancel the order must be notified in an unambiguous way (for example by letter or email) , in which case we will give more detailed instructions for returning it. We do not redeem e.g. returns sent by cash on delivery. The customer pays the costs incurred for the return. Uncollected shipment is not a return. The customer is responsible for the costs caused by the shipment not picked up by the deadline.

PROBLEM SITUATIONS

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, notify us of the error in writing within 14 days by letter or email. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, the complaint must be made to the post office.
