We sell products to adult individuals as well as communities and municipalities. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities that may arise in it, unless otherwise stated.
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. When ordering, you are required to read and agree to the delivery terms. Please follow your email after ordering. If order confirmation is not received, please contact us.
PAYMENT AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
The default payment service is Stripe, through which it is possible to pay for orders by credit card payment, Paypal and SEPA account transfer. Klarna's Pay Later service will be available later.
ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order details. Check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately. Please save your order confirmation so that your order number is available for inquiries and you can check that the contents of the delivered package correspond to your order confirmation.
DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
We deliver orders all over the world. Delivery methods are mail, pick-up from our office or pick-up from our partner. Our office is located at Takkatie 10 C, 3rd floor, 00370 Helsinki. Our partner is Kässäkammari, Hämeentie 1, 00530 Helsinki.
Orders to be mailed are delivered by parcel mail (abroad by Posti's partners) to ensure the traceability and reliability of the shipment. Fixed delivery expenses to Finland of 6,50€ and abroad of 18€ are always paid by the customer but we include a small present with over 50€ orders. Pick-up is free.
Orders picked up from our office and partner will only be handed over to the customer or a person authorized by the customer. Identity is verified by an identity card. You will be notified by email when your order can be picked up. Please wait for notification!
The selectable delivery methods and costs for deliveries abroad are shown in the shopping cart. They vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. The maximum weight of packages delivered domestically is 35 kg, abroad 30 kg. If you want to place a larger order than this, divide your order into several parts.
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and / or duties. These payments are the responsibility of the subscriber and are made to the authorities of the country of destination.
We aim to process orders within 2-4 business days. The majority of deliveries leave Posti for transport on the day of the order or on the next working day. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. We inform you about different delivery times on our website.
COLOR REPEATABILITY IN IMAGES
Because different devices reproduce colors in different ways, it is a good idea to treat e-commerce product images as a reference. We recommend calibrating the screens to determine the most accurate nature of the colors before ordering. There may be color differences between different batches of the same product. Such differences do not constitute a product defect. However, a situation in which a completely incorrect product image is inadvertently associated with a product in an online store is considered incorrect. To pre-confirm the colors, we recommend a visit to our office!
Right of withdrawal
Our products delivered to the consumer by post / Matkahuolto have a 14-day statutory right of return. The returned product must be unused, unaltered and in its unopened packaging, it must be fully marketable. Cut-to-size products, fabrics, quilts, etc. and tender products are non-refundable.. Course registration is binding and cannot be canceled. However, the course location can be transferred to another person. Products subject to the right of cancellation can also be returned to our office.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the order unambiguously, for example by letter or e-mail.a), in which case we will provide more detailed instructions for the return. For example, we do not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery. The customer pays the costs of the return. An item not picked up is not a refund. The customer is responsible for the costs caused by the shipment not picked up by the deadline.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, please notify us in writing within 14 days by letter or e-mail. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the post office.
