We sell products to individuals of legal age, as well as to communities and municipalities. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with an order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that may arise, unless otherwise stated.
ORDERING
Products are ordered in the online store by placing them in the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. When ordering, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms. Please follow your email after ordering. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us.
If your order has not yet been processed and you forgot something, you can place another order and select pickup as the delivery method. We will combine your order with your previous one and you will not pay any additional shipping costs. It is worth mentioning this request in the additional information of the order.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
The default payment service is Stripe, which allows you to pay for orders with debit and credit cards, Paypal, and bank transfer. You can also pay in cash on site.
When paying by bank transfer, you can speed up the processing of your order by sending us a screenshot of the bank transfer receipt. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the funds to reach our account. Without a copy of the receipt, we can only start processing your order after the bank transfer is complete.
ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. Please check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately. Please save your order confirmation so that your order number is available for inquiries and you can check that the contents of the delivered package match your order confirmation.
DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
We deliver orders all over the world. Delivery methods include mailing, pickup from our office or from our partner, and home delivery for orders over €30 in Helsinki. Our office is located at Höyläämötie 11 B, 2nd floor, 00380 Helsinki.
Orders to be mailed are delivered as packages to ensure traceability and reliability of the shipment. Postage costs start at three euros domestically and vary to Europe. The customer can choose a delivery point for their order and also see the amount of postage costs. The customer always pays postage costs. Pickup is free.
Orders collected from our office and partners will only be handed over to the customer or a person authorized by the customer with a power of attorney. Identity is verified with an ID card. You will receive an email notification when the order is available for collection. Please wait for the notification!
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and/or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be paid to the authorities of the destination country.
DELIVERY TIME
We aim to process orders within 2-4 business days. Most deliveries are dispatched on the same day of order or the following business day. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. We will inform you about any unusual delivery times on our website.
COLOR REPETITION IN IMAGES
Since different devices reproduce colors differently, it is best to treat the product images in the online store as indicative. We recommend calibrating your screen to determine the most accurate nature of the colors before ordering. There may be color differences between different batches of the same product. Such differences do not constitute a product defect. However, a situation where a completely incorrect product image has been inadvertently associated with the product in the online store is considered incorrect. To verify the colors in advance, we recommend visiting our office!
RETURN TERMS
Right of withdrawal
Our products delivered to consumers by post have a 14-day statutory right of return. The returned product must be unused, unaltered and in its unopened packaging, and must be fully resalable. Cut-to-measure products (fabrics, wadding, etc.) and promotional products do not have a right of return. Course registration is binding and cannot be cancelled. However, the course place can be transferred to another person. Products covered by the right of cancellation can also be returned to our office.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the order in an unambiguous manner (for example, by letter or email) , in which case we will provide more detailed instructions for the return. We do not accept returns sent, for example, by cash on delivery. The customer pays the costs incurred for the return. A shipment that is not collected is not a return. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred for a shipment that is not collected by the deadline.
PROBLEM SITUATIONS
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not correspond to your order, please notify us in writing within 14 days by letter or email. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, a complaint must be made to the post office.
