Aurifil Cone 40wt Light Grey (5021)

Aurifil Light Grey (5021) is a light, neutral grey 100% cotton thread that blends discreetly into most light and medium-toned fabrics. 40wt is a slightly thicker Aurifil thread, making the stitching stand out more clearly on the fabric surface than with the thinner 50wt thread – an excellent choice when you want your quilting to be visible.

The large cone lasts a long time and is especially suitable for longarm and machine quilting, as well as larger patchwork projects.

Needle recommendations:

For the bobbin, 40wt or 50wt is suitable. For longarm quilting, we recommend 50wt thread in the bobbin.
