Shipping Policy
Tilkkunen Oy delivers orders to Finland and selected other countries. Available delivery methods, shipping costs, and pickup options are shown at checkout.
Delivery methods
The following delivery methods may be available at checkout:
- postal delivery
- in-store pickup
- other possible delivery or pickup options shown at checkout
In-store pickup is free of charge. Pickup orders are handed over to the customer or a person authorised by them.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, the size and weight of the shipment, and the destination country. Customers can see the shipping costs at checkout before confirming their order.
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or other official charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery time
We aim to process orders within 2–4 business days. Most orders are dispatched as soon as possible, often on the same day or the next business day.
Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method, carrier, and destination country. We will notify the customer as soon as possible of any exceptional delays.
In-store pickup orders
You will receive a notification when your pickup order is ready to be collected. Please wait for the pickup notification before coming to collect your order.
Preorders
Preorders are shipped according to the estimated arrival date stated on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates — if production or transport is delayed, we will inform you of the new schedule by email as soon as possible.
If your order includes both in-stock products and preorder products, we will ship the entire order as one package as soon as the preorder product arrives in our stock. If you would like to receive the in-stock products earlier, please place a separate order for them.
Delayed or damaged shipments
If a delivery is exceptionally delayed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
If a shipment has been lost, damaged in transit, or otherwise does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at sales@tilkkunen.com. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, we recommend also filing a damage report with the carrier or Posti.
