Reynolds' plastic-coated iron-on pattern paper - butcher's paper - freezer paper can be used for many purposes.
In handicrafts, it helps in making banners, tablecloths, models and others.
In addition, it can be used to protect work surfaces, as it does not allow e.g. paints and adhesives to penetrate.
You can make non-slip models out of it. You can attach the freezer paper to the fabric by ironing and it can be removed later without leaving a mark. This is helpful, for example, in pattern cutting of patchwork fabrics.
