Lodden is one of William Morris's most classic patterns – named after the River Loddon in England, which flows through the Berkshire countryside. The pattern's characteristic flowing, symmetrical botanical design mimics the movement of water and the lushness of vegetation. The Crimson color brings a deep, warm red hue to the fabric, making it a dramatic and timeless choice.
The fabric is excellent for quilting, patchwork projects, English Paper Piecing (EPP) pieces, and interior sewing projects where a timeless English aesthetic is desired.

Washing instructions: Wash at 40 °C with colors, iron while damp.
Fabric is sold in 25 cm increments (Quantity 1 = 25 cm full-width piece). When ordering multiple pieces of the same fabric, we aim to send the fabric as a continuous uncut piece. The minimum order quantity is 50 cm.
