This is a one-sided tacky wadding covered with a tricot that is tacked on the tacky side. Cotton wool is soft, shapeable, easy to sew and iron, and friendly to sewing needles. Cotton wool can be used to shape bags, purses and other crafts. It can be washed in the machine, but it must not be dried in heat.
