Hand Quilting Course / Hand quilting course

Language: English primarily, additionally Finnish if necessary

The month-long course helps to complete unfinished patchwork. Each course meeting has its own registration.

In this second gathering, we will learn how to hand quilt a cover fabric and what accessories can be used for it. We will go through at least the following things:

• thread types
• needle types
• quilting frames
• hand quilting techniques
• designing quilting patterns

In the practical part of the meeting, we sew a pillow-sized patchwork by hand. The accessories for this are provided by the organizer, but it is also possible to bring your own.
