Oliso's iconic SmartIron ® just got smarter. The new TG1600 ProPlus™ model still features the most popular iTouch® feature: a simple touch of the handle lowers the iron to the ironing position ready to work. By releasing the handle, the patented safety mechanism lifts the iron off the base and prevents damage to the fabric. It's not only safe, it also saves your wrists!

Other traditional features include 1800 watts of power and steam control in both vertical and horizontal directions. In addition, the model has an automatic half-hour extended self-off mechanism especially for quilters and seamstresses, a 360 gram side container, a flat ironing plate, a sharp tip for finishing details, and a 3.6 m cord that allows for more freedom of ironing.

The new TG1600 ProPlus model features a new ceramic-flow™ soleplate that glides effortlessly across all fabrics and is easy to clean. With a fast triple steam function, the TG1600 ProPlus is hotter and steamier than ever. The iron's features mean it lasts longer and is more powerful.
