The Aurifil Color Builders 2021 series was created to showcase Aurifil's soft yet strong 40wt thread. The series consists of 12 mini-collections, each inspired by an endangered animal – a reminder that these species need our attention and protection.
40wt is slightly heavier than 50wt, making it show up beautifully in quilting and decorative stitching, while still working smoothly in your machine. Each spool contains 1000 meters of thread.
