The needle is short and strong, which especially facilitates padding work and makes stitches precise and even. The numbering indicates the needle size: the smaller the number, the longer and thicker the needle – No. 3 is the longest and thickest in the series, No. 12 the shortest and thinnest.

Bohin needles are manufactured using traditional methods at their factory in Normandy, France. The manufacturing process takes two months and involves 27 different steps – resulting in a smooth, sharp-tipped, high-quality European needle.
