Clover Gold Eye Chenille Needles No. 20 – thick thread, ribbon and wool with ease

Chenille needles differ from regular embroidery needles in two ways: the shaft is shorter and the eye is exceptionally large. These features make chenille needles ideal for thick threads, ribbons, and wools that won't fit through the eye of a standard embroidery needle.

The sharp tip allows the needle to be used on tightly woven fabrics such as linen and felt. The gold-plated elliptical eye makes it easy to quickly thread even thick thread or satin ribbon.

Especially suitable for:

• Chenille embroidery
• Ribbon embroidery (silk ribbon embroidery, satin ribbon)
• Crewel embroidery
• With thick cotton threads (perle cotton, staple fiber yarn)
• Finishing wool applique
