Clover Black Gold Appliqué Needles Sharps No. 9, 10, 12 – Precision for Appliqué and Hand Sewing
Black Gold represents Clover’s highest needle class. The needle is sharpened lengthwise and coated with an ultra-thin black layer for excellent rust protection. Black Gold needles penetrate fabric with 30% less friction than regular hand sewing needles – a difference especially noticeable in appliqué work, where the needle repeatedly passes through multiple layers of fabric.
Sharps needles are longer and thinner than Between needles. The long shaft allows for precise stitches and easy needle control even in small details. The sharp tip penetrates even dense fabric effortlessly.
