Floral Reef Lil Shelly Marine cotton fabric charms with bright, graphic shells that are repeated on a fresh blue-violet background. The shades of turquoise, lime green, yellow and light purple make the pattern vibrant but easy to combine with other fabrics in the Floral Reef collection and Tula Pink's True Colors base fabrics.
