Olympus Hana-Fukin Sashiko Embroidery Kit – Kagome Dark Blue
Bring Japanese craft tradition to your home! Hana-Fukin ("flower cloth") is a traditional Japanese cotton cloth embroidered with beautiful geometric patterns using sashiko stitches. This kit features the Kagome pattern – an ancient Japanese "basketweave" design where interlocking triangles form a star-like lattice. The Kagome pattern has traditionally been believed to have protective significance.
The fabric has pre-printed embroidery guides – you just need to thread your needle and start stitching. The guide lines disappear with washing, leaving only your beautiful embroidery.
The finished cloth is suitable for:
- Kitchen towel or placemat
- Pillowcase, bag, or patchwork
- Decorating clothes or home textiles
- Framing as a wall decoration

- Pre-printed 100% cotton fabric (dark blue, approx. 33 × 33 cm)

Please note: Thread and needle are not included in the kit. Approximately 60 m of sashiko thread is needed for embroidery.
