Olympus Hana-Fukin Sashiko Embroidery Kit – Onoe-Gasane White
Bring Japanese crafting tradition into your home! Hana-Fukin ("flower cloth") is a traditional Japanese cotton cloth embroidered with beautiful geometric patterns using sashiko stitches. This kit features the pattern Onoe-Gasane – "overlapping peaks". Large, intersecting arcs create a flowing, almost organic pattern where full circles and lens-like shapes alternate harmoniously. The pattern is open and airy, allowing the stitch lines to stand out beautifully. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced embroiderers.
The fabric has the embroidery instructions pre-printed – you just need to thread your needle and start stitching. The guide lines disappear when washed, leaving only your beautiful embroidery.
The finished cloth is suitable for:
